Gift Certificates Terms & Conditions
Gift certificates can be used towards the purchase of any items available on KozyKomfortbyKaren.com only. Gift certificates cannot be used or redeemed without the authorized claim code and cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases. Purchases are deducted from the gift certificate balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the holder's gift certificate account when redeemed. If a purchase exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card, money order or banker's check (cashier's check).
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash except to the extent required by law. Unused gift certificate balances in an KozyKomfortbyKaren.com account may not be transferred.
Gift certificates and their use on KozyKomfortbyKaren.com are subject to KozyKomfortbyKaren.com's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. KozyKomfortbyKaren.com may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
The risk of loss and title for a gift certificate pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. KozyKomfortbyKaren.com will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the KozyKomfortbyKaren.com web site.
KozyKomfortbyKaren.com make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift certificate, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a gift certificate code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such corporate gift certificate. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
KozyKomfortbyKaren.com gift certificates are issued by GK West Enterprise, an Indiana LLC. When you purchase, receive or redeem an KozyKomfortbyKaren.com gift certificate, you agree that the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these gift certificate terms and conditions. KozyKomfortbyKaren.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
Gift certificates that have not been used or redeemed for 12 months after their date of purchase or issuance will thereafter be charged a monthly maintenance fee of $2.50. We reserve the right to change the gift certificate terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion.
