Have you ever been in love with a rug???? Iam!!!! Love it! Great quality, a pleasure to look at and to walk on ... I bought this item (Orange Fun Fur Throw) as a gift for my sister a year ago and had it shipped directly to her home across the country. She loved it and thanked me over and over (it was the perfect gift for a Chicago Bear fan). I had not seen it since it was shipped directly to her, but was praying it was as nice as described. I'm very happy with this Arctic Fox Throw, it's very soft and with the longer hairs I was hoping it had, and double-sided. You can lay on this and sleep without any covers, it's very warm and soft. Shipping was very fast and it came well packaged, in a sealed plastic covering, in a box.

I do have to tell you that I have four twisted lumbar vertebrae in my back and had been experiencing a great deal of pain when I went to bed. My chiropractor suggested I try a natural wool bed topper (wool mattress pad), and I absolutely love it. I actually slept through the night the first time I used it! Privacy Statement

We will never sell, share, give away or make available any information about anybody, of any nature, to anyone, period. The one exception: if we were legally required to do so.

For each visitor to our website, our server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or email address. We collect the email address of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. We use this information to improve the content of our website, to customize the content and/or layout of our pages for our consumers and to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by sending an email, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive email from our company.

Returns

First and foremost, we want all of our customers to be happy with their shopping experience and their purchases. However, given that we are not yet a large national or multi-national department store we cannot allow the carte blanche return of items or orders. We know we cannot be all things to all people and we want you to know it as well, so with that being said, here are our policies on returns. PLEASE READ THEM
Damaged or Defective Item(s)	General Returns
If we are in error (i.e., wrong item or items, product was damaged upon receipt) we will gladly arrange a replacement or we will issue a refund. The final resolution is at our discretion and is solely dictated by product availability. In other words, if the item is still available you will receive a replacement, otherwise we'll issue a refund. Just give us a call within 7 days of receipt and we'll take care of the rest. After 7 days, we consider the sale final. If the product(s) was obviously damaged during shipping (i.e., a mangled box along with a mangled product) then you must file a claim with the expediter, i.e., UPS, Fed Ex, etc.	ALL general returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.* While we stress that you make sure of your color, print and/or size selections we do understand that mistakes are made and people unfortunately change their minds. As such we will arrange for a return within 7 days of receipt; however, a restocking fee will still be incurred. After 7 days, we consider the sale final. You MUST call to arrange this and you MUST be issued a Return Authorization Number. **If you return anything without a Return Authorization Number and/or to an incorrect return address your account will be charged an additional handling fee of 20% and the additional shipping charges for the item(s) to be sent back to you. Not all items can be sent back to their point of origin nor to our home office.
ALL returned items MUST be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect all returns before final resolution. This isn't something we generally do, but sometimes we have to be as careful as you ... unfortunately.
* Our Sheepskin Rugs are NOT returnable. Each rug is made by hand and construction begins at the time of order; as such they are considered to be a "Custom Made" product. Almost all other products are handled as a "General Return." Please check individual product page for further information. We thank you in advance.
*If you don't adhere to these Return Policies you will* incur additional costs, headaches or both.

Shipping

The "Speed"	The "Charge"	Any "Fees"?
Many products will ship in 1-2 business days. We use UPS or FedEx Standard Ground Delivery for the contiguous United States. Allow up to 7 business days for these services.	We charge a FLAT RATE of $9.95 for Shipping to the CONTIGUOUS United States. See listings below for shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.	We do have a $4.95 Heavy Item Charge. This is to offset the outrageous cost imposed by the expediter. For more information see "What's Heavy?" below.

We now ship to Alaska & Hawaii! No special arrangements needed! Just place your order and away you go!

We charge a flat rate of $25.00 for Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.

Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

All other Shipping policies will apply.

All of our Comforters, Sheets & Dust Ruffles are made per order, in some cases delaying shipping. These items will ALWAYS ship within 15 business days, but usually much sooner.
Almost all of our Faux Fur items are made per order and can take up to 15 business days to ship.
Products that are out of stock, large orders and orders during holiday seasons may (or may not) take longer. We recommend shopping EARLY during the holidays.
Extremely large orders requiring extremely large boxes will incur an additional $5.00 Shipping & Handling Fee. However, it's usually commercial orders that are that large and we ALWAYS verify an order of that size, so you (the average customer) should never even have to worry about this!!

The "Skinny"	The "Heavy"	What's "Heavy"??
Our Shopping Cart will record the Shipping Charge as a total of $9.95, it will appear upon checkout as - $9.95 for the Shipping Charge - as well as, on the printable verification page. This is for the Contiguous USA, see below for Alaska & Hawaii.	Heavy items will be charged an additional $4.95. We only have a few products that will incur this charge.	All SnugFleece King Size & California King Size Mattress Pads are the "heavy" items that will incur the additional $4.95.

Orders to the Contiguous United States - unless your order contains a heavy item or utilizes a very large box, you will see one charge for Shipping, for a grand total of $9.95.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii - unless your order contains a heavy item or utilizes a very large box, will see one charge for Shipping, for a grand total of $25.00.
Any upgrade from UPS or FedEx Standard Ground Delivery and/or any other Shipping upgrade from any other Shipping service will incur additional charges. Please call 317-786-6819 or email, before ordering, to upgrade any delivery service.
All delivery service upgrades may or may NOT be available due to (including but not limited to): manufacturer concerns, the time of day the order is placed, etcetera. It is always best to call or email us before ordering if you wish to upgrade.
Military Addresses and P.O. Boxes may incur additional shipping charges depending upon the weight of package and can take more time to arrive once shipped. UPS & FedEx will not deliver to a post office box, but the USPS will. You must call us for these services, otherwise our system will not even accept your order. We will wait for the financial institutions to do their job, before we fill the order in these situations. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Be absolutely sure to give a correct address, otherwise, there will be a $5.00 correction fee. Yes, that's correct, the expediters assess this fee. So, please make sure of the information you're about to submit.

Cancellations

While we have a very short "wait window" built into our order process, we generally ship shelf stock very quickly and it does take time to make any "made per order" item, so please make sure of the colors, sizes and items you choose because once the order has been processed and-or shipped it cannot and will not be cancelled.

Out of Stock Items & Back Orders

We make great attempts at conveying any "Out of Stock" item as being Out of Stock to our consumer, however, we sometimes miss an item or two (for example, during the Christmas season). If this occurs and you order one of these products, we will notify you immediately and give you some options. One option is to select a different product, another would be to cancel that item or the order and receive a prompt refund and the last option is to place the item on Back Order. Back Orders are the result of manufacturer delays due to material availability or peak production times such as the holiday season. The wait time on Back Orders fluctuates greatly. We will ALWAYS notify you of any known significant delays and/or problems with fulfilling your order.

Colors & Sizes

We make the fullest possible effort to provide precise colors for our products listed on our website and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot promise the "colors" viewed on your monitor will be a correct match to the actual material colors delivered. NOTE: We've experienced ZERO problems thus far with this issue.

Finished sizes for products are based on the information provided by our manufacturers. Sizes may vary depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing. Kozy Komfort by Karen and the manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material after purchase. Please read and adhere to all product care instructions.
